Terms of use

By using southafricaloans.co.za (Mzansi Hub) you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.

What is this website?

Mzansi Hub is an independent information site run by an editorial team. We publish articles, product pages and lender pages for readers in South Africa and we earn commissions as an affiliate publisher. We are not a seller, a manufacturer, a pharmacy, a lender or a credit provider.

Is the content medical or financial advice?

No. Everything on the site is general information. Supplements are food supplements and are not medicines. Talk to your GP or pharmacist before you start one, especially if you take prescribed medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition.

Loan information is general and does not take your personal circumstances into account. Borrowing costs money, and you should only borrow what you can repay. A registered credit provider or a qualified financial adviser can look at your own situation.

How do orders work?

When you submit an order form, we pass your name, phone number and chosen product to the seller’s call centre. The contract of sale is between you and the seller. The seller’s adviser confirms the order, the delivery address and the total, and a courier delivers the parcel. Delivery area, timing, charges and the way you pay are confirmed on the call.

Mzansi Hub does not stock, pack, deliver or take payment for any product, and we are not a party to your purchase.

Who decides on a loan?

The lender alone decides whether to grant credit, after its own assessment, and on its own terms. Following a link from our site is not an application with us, and showing an offer is not a promise that you will receive it. Check the lender’s terms and registration before you apply.

How accurate is the information?

We work hard to keep pages accurate and current, but prices, packs, loan terms and availability can change without notice. Where a detail matters to your decision, confirm it with the adviser, the pack or the lender. If you find an error, email contact@southafricaloans.co.za.

Can I copy the content?

The text and design of this site belong to Mzansi Hub. You may read it, share links to it and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not republish pages in bulk or present them as your own. Product names and images belong to their owners.

What are the limits of our liability?

We provide the site and its information in good faith and as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mzansi Hub is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from decisions you make based on its general information, or from the acts of sellers, couriers, lenders or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer or data-protection law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law applies and can the terms change?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Frequently asked questions

Who am I buying from when I order through Mzansi Hub?

You buy from the seller whose call centre confirms your order. Mzansi Hub passes on your details and is not a party to the sale.

Does a link to a lender mean I will be approved?

No. The lender decides after its own assessment, and the offer shown on our page is a description, not an approval.
