Contact Mzansi Hub

The easiest way to reach the Mzansi Hub editorial team is by email at contact@southafricaloans.co.za. We read every message.

How do I contact Mzansi Hub?

Send an email to contact@southafricaloans.co.za. Email is our only contact channel. We do not publish a phone number or a street address.

We read every message. We do not promise a reply time, but we do take each message seriously and respond when a reply is needed.

What can I write to you about?

We welcome messages about the content of the site. A short, specific note helps us deal with it quickly.

  • A correction: tell us the page address and what should change
  • A question about how a page, a rating or a guide is written
  • A suggestion for a guide you would like to read
  • A question about our advertising disclosure or privacy policy
  • A request to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you

Who do I ask about an order I have confirmed?

If an adviser has already phoned you to confirm an order, questions about that order, such as the delivery address, the courier or the total, go to the adviser who called or to the courier. They hold your order details; we do not.

If you have not yet been phoned after submitting a form, you can write to us and tell us the product name and the date you ordered. Please do not send card numbers or any other sensitive details by email.

What if my question is about a loan?

Lenders, not Mzansi Hub, take applications, assess affordability and decide on credit. For anything about an application, an agreement or a repayment, contact the lender directly using the details in your agreement. We can help with questions about how our loan guides are written.
